AL Wagner E. A.
Al Wagner is and Enrolled Agent licensed by the Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers on tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and began his career in the tax preparation business in 1983 working for H&R Block in 1983 and 1984. In 1985 he started Al’s Tax service. In 1993, Al renamed the company to A & L Tax Service. Al incorporated the company to Trinity Tax Consultants Inc in 2013. In addition to tax preparation, from 1996 through 2014 Al was a Financial Advisor. First working with HD Vest Inc and then spent ten years with Waddell & Reed to better serve his clients.
With over 32 years of experience, Al remains one of the most reputable tax preparers in the Las Vegas valley with his unique approach to taxation issues. Al is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers, served on the Board for the Nevada chapter for two years. He also served as a nationally certified trainer for the NATP as well. Al is a member of the Las Vegas Rotary Club, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Knights of Columbus, serves with the Knights of Columbus Color Corps, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the 2Ntense Foundation, is a visible supporter of the Village Foundation and serves in a variety community service projects throughout the Las Vegas valley.
Pablo Payumo E. A.
Pablo earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1977. He became a Certified Internal Auditor in 1984 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002. In addition to these credentials, Pablo has been an Enrolled Agent authorized by the Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS since 2012.
Pablo has worked as an Auditor for Blue Cross of California and an Associate Auditor for the City & County of San Francisco.
Pablo was Principal for Villanueva & Guerrero CPAs. He also served as the Department Head for the Accounts Payable Division for the San Francisco School District.
Luanne received her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in History from UNLV in 1998, and her Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2007. She is the Department Coordinator for the Social Studies Department and the Community Liaison. Luanne is involved in various committees at school as well as the Equity and Diversity Department.
Luanne facilitates the public relations efforts for Trinity Tax Consultants Inc; as well as coordinating the community service projects that Trinity Tax Consultants is involved with. These non-profit organizations include the 2NTense Foundation, The Village Foundation, Project 150, Christ the King Catholic Community, The Knights of Columbus and several other organizations.
After receiving her degree in Criminal Investigation from UNLV and several years working for Attorneys, Melissa began her career in bookkeeping and accounting in 2005 working under the direction of Al Wagner.
In 2013 Melissa joined Trinity Tax Consultants Inc overseeing the IRS compliance component of Trinity Tax Consultants.
